Featured The powers of the galaxy rely on a massive range of land, air, sea, and space vehicles for both warfare and industry. Battlefields are highly mobile affairs, relying on large formations of heavy fighting supported by infantry, artillery, aircraft and other even more specialised designs. For humanity, most ground vehicles are fairly conventional in nature, using wheels, treads, or legs to move over terrain. The Covenant, on the other hand, make use of boosted gravity propulsion drive systems on nearly all of their vehicle designs, allowing them to hover a few feet off the ground and glide over the landscape. This technology has also been leveraged by the Banished, who scavenge the remains of Covenant armouries and take whatever they can find.
