Quick to Adjust is a Huragok that absorbed Vergil, a subroutine of New Mombasa's Superintendent AI, during the Battle of Mombasa. Extracted from the doomed city by the ODSTs of Alpha-Nine, Quick to Adjust defected to the UNSC and was interrogated by Sergeant Avery Johnson regarding the Portal to the Ark. After the war, Quick to Adjust was given the name of Vergil and he was sent on ONI field operations alongside Sadie Endesha, who acted as the Huragok's handler. During the Created Conflict, the Huragok was key in helping Spartan Edward Buck defeat the rogue AI Leonidas, saving the lives of numerous Spartans, including Jun-A266.
