This titanium mine was operated by the BXR Mining Corporation to mine the massive titanium deposits in the Viery Territory, Reach.[1]

Background

This facility, located in the Viery Territory, was built near a massive meteor crater to mine the abundance of exposed titanium found there.[1] During the Fall of Reach, the facility was quickly abandoned by its personnel and a SPARTAN team was sent to defend the mine from Covenant forces. However, the team was ultimately wiped out.[1]

Production notes

Unearthed, a Firefight map that is part of Halo: Reach's Defiant Map Pack, is set at this facility.
