Ploh is a human township on Concord. The town is one of three located among the Hinterlands region spanning Concord's equatorial temperate climate band, alongside Skathi and New Ugga. Prior to the invasion of the planet by the Covenant, Ploh was predominantly populated by civilian mining personnel and isolationist Concordian settlers.[1]
