In Halo 2 Vista the artwork of the achievement is the face of a Grunt. It is worth 30 Gamerscore and is unlocked by beating Cairo Station on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary.

Cairo Station
In Halo: The Master Chief Collection the artwork of the achievement is represented by a screenshot of Cairo Station. It is only worth 10 Gamerscore, though it can also be unlocked on Easy; unlocking this achievement in this game will unlock the GEN1 Mark VI (Scarred) armor and helmet in Halo 5: Guardians.
