ATLAS-class Mjolnir is a variant of the Mjolnir [GEN2] armor.[1][2]
Overview
Design details
The ATLAS-class variant is a heavy, over-engineered tactical assault armor that is designed to allow its users to excel in high-threat boarding actions and urban assaults. The armor is also built to make war in the harshest environments against the most challenging of humanity's opponents. The ATLAS' sensors are iterations on those used in the [GEN1] Mark VI Mjolnir armor, emphasizing absolute reliability and ruggedness over the latest technology.[1]
Development history
When the ATLAS-class Mjolnir's modular add-on armor and weapon modules enter production, it is believed that the variant will effectively serve as the Spartan equivalent of a main battle tank.[1]
In-game information
Halo 5: Guardians
The Atlas armor set was added into Halo 5: Guardians in the Infinity's Armory update. The Atlas set has two alternate skin designs; Vigilant and Unbound.[3]
