The Igdras system, known to the Covenant as the Illa system,[2] is a planetary system within the Polona sector[1] of the Milky Way galaxy. The system has at least one planet, a human Outer Colony called Etalan.[3]

In 2456, Humanity established the colony Etalan in the system.[4]
Attack on Etalan
Etalan was attacked and glassed by the Covenant in early 2526,[2] and it saw another engagement a few weeks later when a detachment from UNSC Navy's Task Force Yama targeted logistics vessels left behind by the Fleet of Inexorable Obedience.[3]
