The Prophet of Mercy is one of the three Hierarchs of the Covenant.[1]
Production notes
The Prophet of Mercy is voiced by Julian Bleach. In the television show, Mercy speaks in a Covenant language created by David Peterson - the creator of the Dothraki language used in Game of Thrones.[2]
