Summary
Travis Pope was an aid of the Surakan governor Ellis Gass. He was killed by Sharquoi during the Carrow Conflict
Biography
Pope appeared to be Gass's primary aid during the opening days of the Carrow Conflict, keeping her up to date with the tactical situation. He accompanied her on scouting missions in Pelicans and kept her up to date with the refugee situation. [2] Pope along with Lamar Edwards notified Gass of her son Jeff Gass's death at the hands of the Jiralhanae Chieftain Hekabe. [3]
After the apparent success of Operation: BUZZHAWK and the destruction of the Foebane, Pope accompanied Gass to the crater where the Jiralhanae had unearthed a Forerunner facility and gained access to the Sharquoi. As Sharquoi began attacking the Surakan Militia Volunteers forces, Pope and a squad of soldiers attempted to protect the governor from them. Pope was impaled and killed by a Sharquoi as he attempted to defend Ellis Gass. [1]
