Qish'tani is a region on the north-east fringes of the continent of Tolvuus on Sanghelios. The region is five kilometers away from an Achoem Weapons manufacturing facility. It is here that Otar 'Bemet and 6 other Sangheili were planning to steal weapons from the factory and use them to kill the Arbiter Thel 'Vadam.[1]
