Seaford is a human colony, under the control of the Unified Earth Government. At some point, the Banished clan the Bulwark of Bone would lead a series of raiding operations on the planet, masterminded by Jiralhanae Chieftain En'Geddon. The conflict left the planet crippled.[1]
