The Black Taxi is a service conducted by James James in which he transports people who wish to remain off the grid around the United States of America. Because James is a Spartan-I, he is able to drive effectively without roadware, allowing him to evade government tracking.[1] It is unknown whether the Black Taxi service continued to function after James' death in 2552.
