AI of Zone 67 survey team |
Eternal Spring was a UNSC "smart" artificial intelligence. The AI was likely operational from 2530 to 2537.
Eternal Spring was assigned to Onyx and the planetary survey team in the area of Zone 67. After Camp Currahee was established there, Eternal Spring agreed to devote nine percent of his runtime to the SPARTAN-III Program.[1] He got along well with Kurt Ambrose, who was happy for the Eternal Spring's help, despite his occasional theatrics.
He assisted in the training of the Spartan-III Alpha Company until he reached the end of his operational lifespan, when he was quickly replaced with another smart AI, Deep Winter.[2]
Trivia[edit]
A sculpture by Auguste Rodin is also named "Eternal Spring".
