Infection form is the term applied to the various Flood forms that are primarily used to infect hosts.[1]

Summary

Infection forms are the forms of Flood typically used to infect species during Flood outbreaks. The most common variant being the Pod infector where it would dig inside the torso of a potential host and take it over.
