The Berserker Medal (Berzerker) is awarded for killing 20 opponents in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 9 (out of 10). It is represented by a gold 8 pointed star with a brown target in the middle. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Untouchable!" to the player that recieved this medal.
