The Nexus is a Forerunner facility that lies directly beneath the Command Spire. Its main purpose is to direct the Reformation. It uses the Command Spire to transmit its orders to the other Reformation Spires. The Nexus also serves as the main point of entry into the Command Spire itself, via a gravity lift.[1]
History
On May 28, 2560, John-117 fought his way into the Nexus on Zeta Halo and, after reactivating its gravity lift, used it to enter the Command Spire directly above.[1]
