Hyperius is a Jiralhanae in the service of the Banished and a brother to the fellow warrior Tovarus.[1][2]

According to the Unggoy propaganda officer Glibnub on Installation 07, the armor belonged to Jameson Locke, but the veracity of this information is suspect.[3]
