The Anvil-II air-to-surface missles are normally mounted via rocket pods on Pelican dropships or SkyHawk atmospheric jump-jets for clearing ground targets and dropzones of enemies.[1]
This explosive is seen used twice in gameplay, once when you are assualting the Scarab in Metropolis. The other in Quarantine Zone when a flood-controlled Pelican flies by and shots down a some Sentinel Majors.
