The Joyride Series 2 was made by Joyride Studios. They were released around October 2003. They were based on the characters and objects from Halo: Combat Evolved.[1]
Campaign
Master Chief
The Master Chief v.2 Action Figure was the second Master Chief figure made by Joyride Studios. It has 14 points of articulation. It comes with an M6D Pistol, an M90 Shotgun, and a Rocket Launcher, but no grenades.
Elite
The Blue Elite action figure is based off the Minor Elites in Halo: Combat Evolved. It is the first Elite figure made by Joyride Studios. This figure has 7 points of articulation and is armed with a Needler and a Plasma Rifle.
Ghost
The Ghost action figure, like the Warthog action figure from Series 1, includes "mini" figures that can be placed on the Ghost, with the exception of the Jackal figure.
The Ghost contains three "mini" figures: the Master Chief, an Elite, and a Jackal. It also includes an Assault Rifle, a Plasma Rifle, a Plasma Pistol, and a Personal Shield.
Multiplayer
Red Spartan
The Red Spartan action figure was the first multiplayer figure produced. It includes 14 points of articulation. It is armed with an M6D Pistol, an MA5B Assault Rifle and an M90 Shotgun.
Labeling
On each action figure unit, Joyride has included a serial number, which allows you to find out when the action figure was created. The date code has four numbers followed by 'SS' actually stamped or embossed in the cardboard. The first three digits are the date the product was made, and the fourth digit is the year. For example: 2653SS means the product was manufactured on the 265th day of 2003 (9/23/2003).[2]
