The Naval Force Reconnaissance School was a supposed UNSC Naval installation located on Reach, at the Black Sea. Falsified biographies for John-117 and "Jakob Walker", created by ONI Section Two, claimed the two to have trained there when they enlisted for UNSC service.[1] It is unknown whether the facility itself was made up for the lie.
