Firebird is a multiplayer medal awarded in Halo: Reach[1][2] for killing a player while Jetpacking. This is different to the Pull medal which is instead awarded for killing an airborne enemy.
Trivia
- The design of the medal incorporates the Valkyrie emblem.
- Earning this medal with a Beat Down in a Halo: Reach multiplayer matchmaking game on an Anniversary Map unlocks the Dive Bomber achievement.
- Earning a Triple Kill Firebird medal in campaign, firefight, or multiplayer unlocks the Lucky Me achievement.
