Finn, along with Lars, was a Harvest constable assigned to protect Governor Nils Thune. He carried an M7 SMG. When Finn was ordered to neutralize Lieutenant Commander Jilan al-Cygni, Staff Sergeant Nolan Byrne tripped him and knocked him out.[1]
