This unidentified Captain in the UNSC Navy oversaw the testing of SPARTAN John-117's Mark VI MJOLNIR armor.[1]
Background
On October 20th, 2552, this captain served as the commanding officer of the UNSC Special Warfare Center in Seongnam, Korea. There, he monitored reservist SPARTAN Maria-062's progress on testing the MJOLNIR Mark VI battle armor.[1]
