NMPD HQ

NMPD HQ is an achievement in Halo 3: ODST. It is awarded for completing the campaign level NMPD HQ in Campaign on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary, which also unlocks Kojo "Romeo" Agu for use in Firefight. It is worth 30 Gamerscore.[1]

It is represented by an olive circle, with the Marathon symbol imprinted in it, with a Sniper Rifle with its barrel bent backwards, in front of it.
