No such thing as HVAP, Jun is just stating facts about the projectile (High-velocity, and armor piercing). Presumably the ammo in nightfall is the same "standard" saboted round. Sabot rounds specificaly exist to be higher velocity and armor penetrating comparted to ball rounds of the same caliber, ergo the idea of an HVAP round is nonsensical.
