The M21 antipersonnel rocket is a special warfare munition capable of being fired from the M41 SPNKR rocket launcher.[1]
Usage
During a mission to capture the Covenant frigate Radiant Arrow in March 2526, SPARTAN-II Fred-104 was equipped with an M41 rocket launcher and several M21 antipersonnel rockets.[1]
