Xbox Game Studios (formerly known as Microsoft Game Studios and Microsoft Studios) is a division of Microsoft which publishes video games. They own the rights to the Halo series. 343 Industries is an internal-build team of Xbox Game Studios specifically assigned with managing the Halo franchise.
