On September 26, 2552, Jameson Locke compiled a target profile report concerning Supreme Commander Thel 'Vadamee, detailing the Sangheili's personal history from the UNSC's first known encounter with him on the Rubble to the glassing of Reach. Locke concluded the report by recommending the immediate termination of 'Vadamee if the Covenant advance were to be slowed in any significant manner. This report was later accessed by John-117.[2][3] Locke offered to personally carry out the assassination, though the outbreak of the Great Schism months later and 'Vadamee's partnership with the UNSC after becoming the Arbiter led to the UNSC abandoning the plan.[4]
Production notes
The Ripa 'Moramee, Prophet of Regret and Thrallslayer target profiles were first included as collectible cards in the release of Halo Wars Limited Edition. The later release of Halo Wars: Definitive Edition released updated versions of these cards as part of the game's unlockable Steam rewards, with minor updates and fixes. The old, original releases of the target profiles are shown below for archival purposes.
