Revival is the fourteenth track of the Halo 4: Original Soundtrack. It is used in-game as the theme of the Didact.
Appearances
The soundtrack can be heard played in four Halo 4 campaign levels:
- In Forerunner, when the Didact awakes from his Cryptum and faces John-117 for the first time.
- In Reclaimer, after the Didact finds the Master Chief talking with the Librarian's imprint memories.
- In Shutdown, when the Didact leaves Requiem in his flagship, Mantle's Approach.
- In Midnight, when the Didact activates the Composer and strikes New Phoenix.
- In the sixth terminal, when the Didact composes the humans of Omega Halo and the Librarian decides to stop him.
- In the seventh terminal, in which the Librarian narrates her intervention on the Didact's actions ans seals him in a Cryptum on Requiem.
- A slighty altered version is heard in Halo: Nightfall Second Story The Path of Belief, when Samantha Wisner is interrogating Axl.
