Template:FOF-1 Corporal Lovik was a Marine attatched to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn in 2552. When that ship crashed onto Installation 04, Lovik abandoned the ship and landed on the Halo with the rest of the crew. He then joined the rest of the survivors at Alpha Base.

Corporal Lovik led second squad in a recon mission on a Covenant base that included Private Riley, Private Manuel Mendoza, Private Kappus, Private Bicenti, Sergeant Johnson, and Private Jenkins.

Unbeknownst to the group, they were actually heading to the Flood Containment Facilities, where the Covenant had already accidentally released the Flood. He was among the first group of humans attacked by the Flood, and desperately raised the Sergeant Johnson and Captain Keyes over radio, though incoherently. He and the rest of his squad managed to reach the surface where they met the Master chief, later he was infected and killed in the detonation of Installation 04, or through the exploits of the the Covenant.
