An armor restraint is a type of physical restraint used to short-circuit MJOLNIR armor systems and keep the wearer immobilized.[1]

Usage history

During their hunt for Blue Team in October 2558, Fireteam Osiris was equipped with armor restraints.[1] When Fireteam Osiris encountered Blue Team on Meridian, a fight ensued between John-117 and Jameson Locke, forcing Locke to attempt to use the armor restraint; however, John eventually managed to gain the upper hand through a headbutt and restrained Locke with the device instead.[2]
