Halo Wars 2 is an upcoming sequel to Halo Wars. It was first revealed at Gamescom 2015 with a teaser trailer. It is being developed by Creative Assembly and published by Microsoft Studios. The game will be released simultaneously on Windows 10 and Xbox One on October 4, 2016[2], and will be playable at the 2016 E3.[4]

Around August to November 4, 2015, for the numerous parties involved in Halo Wars 2, Jeremy Cook, Art Director at 343 Industries, made 3, 9 inch, statues of the unidentified Brute featured in the announcement trailer. The statues were made using the very detailed highpoly meshes Blur studio made,[9] and the statues are fully colored, the skin and hair is blue and grey, and armor is metallic.[10]
The first statue was finished sometime before August 21.[11] The second bust was finished during a power cut on September 1, and was given to Creative Assembly,[12] The third and final statue was colored using a Valejo airbrush primer, with its color blended in so it can be detailed and highlighted, to finally be finished on November 4, and was given to Blur Studios.[13]
