Colonel Mitchell K. Lima was a United Nations Space Command officer in 2492.[1] His UNSC Service Number was 00512-5991-IX. On June 7th that year he sat on a Board of Inquiry at Luna OCS Academy, investigating a series of incidents which led to the impregnation of Admiral Konrad Volkov's daughter Inna Volkov. One cadet questioned was a young future-Admiral Preston Cole, whom Lima declared in contempt of the Board of Inquiry and removed by the court guards.
