Golden Arrow was the call sign of a UNSC Army radio operator during the Fall of Reach in the summer of 2552. During the battle he recommended that the pilot of Pelican dropship Bravo 001 evacuate the planet by flying low past Mount Törött. However, Golden Arrow quickly changed his tack when the pilot insisted that she was carrying a team of Spartans to the ship breaking yards in Aszod near the operator's position.[1]
