I don't take kindly to being told to get my facts straight[edit]
So I decided to just go ahead and set the record straight. With that said let's put our headphones on and listen to the following. First we'll listen to the supposed H2a track killer chief found. here now lets listen to the music that plays here at 5:01 and listen to part 2 from the beginning. Now Lets move on to this track here and listen to the part at 5:45.
Now DOES ANYONE HERE NOTICE HOW SIMILAR THEY SOUND??? Now lets look at when those youtube videos were post July of 2010. Halo the Story So Far was bonus content for the Halo Legends Blu-Ray release that came out 02-16-10 the source for that is here at the bottom.
Now lets move to part 2 here shall we? When was Halo Spartan Assault released for windows phone? July 18, 2013 when was the minecraft pack also announced? May 28 2014 A FULL YEAR AFTER SPARTAN ASSAULT CAME OUT. Oh and since they may be confusion let me continue this relentless and pointless assault by pointing out another flaw in your supposed find. Watch this at the 4:11 mark. Hmm sounds oddly familiar to this at the 4:19 mark
If I've made my case I'd like an apology now. Oh and here are the OFFICIAL samples here. You're welcome.

- I've been paying attention to this for some time now. I'm supporting Drandal-217. First, I'd like to say that this is not the first time a piece of music has been left out from the soundtrack albums (Lost Muse from Halo CE, the now available Scorpion Mix from Halo 2, this from Halo 3, the list goes on, and I believe Halo Legends could be on the list as well). Secondly, it's pretty obvious that KILLER CHIEF's music are different from those of the official iTunes sample.
- In Cairo Station's opening cutscene, there is a fanfare in the scene where Chief and Johnson step up to Lord Hood. This fanfare could be heard in both videos: iTunes Sample and KILLER CHIEF's.
- Now, this is the only example I can find, but it definitely questions the credibility of the KILLER CHIEF's source — the Minecraft Halo Pack, which in my opinion, is a silly way to throw away the H2A surprise. —SPARTAN331 09:15, 30 October 2014 (EDT)
- I haven't followed this matter at all until now but I have to agree Durandal's evidence here is pretty conclusive. Not to mention that the supposed H2A tracks closer resemble the style of the Legends Soundtrack than the officially released H2A samples (ie. the re-orchestrating work is noticeably sloppier and cheaper sounding than in the H2A tracks). Even if KILLER CHIEF's findings turned out to be in H2A through some bizarre turn of events (which I doubt at this point), we lose nothing by omitting them from the page until we get the proper track listing. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 11:48, 30 October 2014 (EDT)
- While you may be right Durandal, you'll get no such apology due to your attitude on the talk page and in your edit summaries (using caps, section title, etc.). Next time your edit is undone, you will go the talk page immediately, rather than after several reversions. Don't even tell me I'm being a hypocrite, because I came to the talk page after my only edit was undone. Logging in would also help too...--Spartacus Talk • Contribs 12:29, 30 October 2014 (EDT)
- I would very much like an apology from Killer Chief not you, I don't like being told to get my facts right when his facts are dead wrong. You have nothing to do with this, however in the future it would be nice if you looked into the matters before you revert an edit, if you had, then this would not would have been required because all the evidence you needed was there. - Just clarifying something to Durandal and adding my two cents to the matter. Basically Spartacus is addressing you because of the way you addressed him (or Killer Chief). This is perpetuated by the use of "caps" in your post, your "personal" edit summary, and the title of this very talk page. It comes off as you shouting or arguing at the person you're addressing, and you're being condescending. Regardless whether Spartacus had anything to do it with it or not, it was absolutely unnecessary for you to address anyone in that matter especially over a simple edit. In other words, don't take it so personal. We try to maintain some professionalism on this wiki by not taking things out of context or flying off the handle, which is what Spartacus was trying to convey to you. And this is not to say Killer Chief wasn't in the wrong - to be fair, Spartacus did address him as well. Trust me, I've flown off the handle several times on here, but now-a-days, I don't.--Killamin7 [Comm|Files] 12:11, 31 October 2014 (EDT)
- Glad this has been cleared up, I was about to upload the tracks myself since I too thought they were bonus Anniversary tracks! Quick question though, what are the Spartan Assault tracks that Chief and Durandal are talking about?Hypochrisy 117 (talk) 14:49, 8 November 2014 (EST)
