Nornfang is a custom-crafted SRS99-S5 AM sniper rifle hand-tuned by Linda-058. Nornfang was originally manufactured by Misriah Armory for their internal competitive sharpshooting team, before it went missing.[1] Nornfang fires high explosive armor piercing (HEAP) rounds. Modifications incorporated by Linda-058 ensure the Motion Tracker is visible even while zoomed in.[2]
Gameplay
Nornfang is a mythic weapon in Halo 5: Guardians. Nornfang does more damage than standard sniper rifles. Unlike other weapons the motion sensor is still visible even when using Smart scope.
In Halo 5: Guardians campaign, the Nornfang can be found during the mission Unconfirmed in the Prowler the Blue Team used.
