Not entirely sure on the name, did my best (listening to it about twenty times) to figure out what she was saying, but nothing precisely clear could come out of the podcast. I actually thought Serin "Osman" may have been a reference to "Tim Osman," Osama bin Laden's code name when he was working with the CIA. It would be a nice reference to how Kilo-Five was secretly aiding the Servants of the Abiding Truth against the Arbiter and how this eventually bit the UNSC in the ass. | |||

Armour
Has it been stated any where wether or not Serin would be able to wear the Sparten 4 armour? I know she can't wear the Sparten 2 generation armour but the Spartan 4 armour is lighter weight and they didn't get all the augmentations the Spartan 2's did so could a 'failed' Spartan 2 that recieved a good portion of the augmentations be able to wear the less powerful variation? - I don't believe so. It is stated that she failed the skeletal and muscular augmentations, which would be needed to wear the armor even if it is lighter. If she tried to wear the armor, she would likely be crushed to death.--Spartacus, Halopedia Administrator Talk 19:11, 8 September 2012 (EDT)
- That's what I thought but wanted to see if it been stated otherwise. Because the augmentations she failed were ones that had to be implamented at the onset of puberity right? Which means Spartian 4's wouldn't have those either. Oh well I guess we'll just wait and she. TLLorax 19:45, 8 September 2012 (EDT)
- They still need the augments to wear the armor. You have to remember that the SPARTAN-IV Program was started
nearly 40several years after the SPARTAN-II Program, so it's likely the technology had changed enough to where post-pubescent adults could get nearly the same augmentations.--Spartacus, Halopedia Administrator Talk 22:33, 8 September 2012 (EDT)- 27 years after the augmentations and good point. Though for them to have Spartian IV in 2553 thay would have had to start sooner so may around 20-24 years after Spartain II augmentation TLLorax 00:17, 9 September 2012 (EDT)

Revealing of classified info
Why did she tell Phillips, Mal, Vaz and Dev about the S-II and S-III programs? A soon-to-be flag officer like her should know damn better! Tex the Spartan
Serin considers herself someone who will defy orders for the greater good, hence the whole situation with Staffan. This doesn't stop her shadow ops against the Swords of Sanghelios, though. ~ Poppadop
