::I don't think our use of "Covenant remnant" is limited to factions that necessarily try to recreate the Covenant. Literally, it should include any Covenant group that still exists in the post-war era. But I do see your point, for example we don't consider Sangheili states/keeps to be Covenant remnant. Covenant remnants

- I don't think our use of "Covenant remnant" is limited to factions that necessarily try to recreate the Covenant. Literally, it should include any Covenant group that still exists in the post-war era. But I do see your point, for example we don't consider Sangheili states/keeps to be Covenant remnant.
