Factory Complex 71.
Factory Complex 71 was a human factory located in Voi, Kenya on Earth. It was located right across a body of water in South Voi, near Traxus Factory Complex 09.[1]
Trivia
- It is probably owned and maintained by Traxus Heavy Industries, who has several factories around Voi.
- The complex can be seen by looking outside the fans near the main playing area on the Halo 3 multiplayer level Foundry.
