The UNSC Roman Blue was a ship in service with the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant War. In December 2530, Captain James Cutter decided to give his executive officer, Terrence Hood, command of Roman Blue. Three months later, during the Battle of Arcadia, the ship was assigned to recover a log buoy dropped by the UNSC Spirit of Fire. The Roman Blue was not to get involved in the battle, because Arcadia was already deemed lost.[1]
