Luck is a song included in the Halo 3: Original Soundtrack. The song plays only once, during the Halo 3 level Arrival.
The song starts with a light melody of wind instruments and high strings, later joined by the choir. The melody then comes to a dramatic climax, similar to the climax of the High Charity theme from Halo 2. Near the end, wind once again takes the melody, which, after a climax of dissonant strings, is replaced by the distinctive piano chord melody that recurs later throughout the soundtrack.
It runs for 3 minutes and 25.244 seconds (3:25.244).
Trivia
- This song continues the tradition of classical violins being heard at the beginning of all three games in the trilogy.
- Part of this song is heard again in Legend.
