	Could the Ark be the forerunner structure on earth in the trailer? The Ark is said to be the place where one can remotely activate the rings, thus destroying all sentient life. As the forerunner structure seems to activate on earth in the Halo 3 trailer you hear Cortana say; 'This is the way the world ends' meaning this is how all life is destroyed; by activating the rings from the Ark.
