'''Infinity''' is a [[multiplayer]] level originally exclusive to ''[[Halo: Combat Evolved (PC port)|''Halo: Combat Evolved'' for PC]]'' and ''Halo Mac''. It is included in [[Halo: The Master Chief Collection|''The Master Chief Collection'']]. It is the longest multiplayer map. It is a long canyon in the shape of a ∞, the symbol for infinity, hence the name ''infinity''. It is one of the best maps for the [[race]] [[Gametypes|gametype]].

Infinity consists of two large [[bases]] containing a large signal [[beam emitter]] similar to the ones seen in the single player level [[Halo (Halo: Combat Evolved Level)|Halo]]. Going into the beam [[The Guardians|will kill you]], but only if the beam hits you while you fly over it in a [[Type-26 Banshee|Banshee]] or if you crouch while standing over the emitter. Simply standing in it will not kill you. One emits a red beam, the other blue. There are two Banshees at the top of each base, as well as [[Type-29 Shade|Shades]] a bit further down. A smaller, secondary building lies below, containing a health pack, a shotgun, and an assault rifle. On top of it is a [[Unidentified rod gun|fuel rod gun]], unless the gametype is [[Capture the Flag|CTF]], in which case the fuel rod gun is located in the middle of the cross section plateaus near the bridges. In that case, the flag is on top.

The other path to red base consists of a raised road and a lower non-paved path. There is a ledge with a health pack, a sniper rifle, and a Shade.
