Hannibal Weapon Systems is a human corporation based on New Carthage that manufactures matériel for the United Nations Space Command. Hannibal manufactured the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Infiltrator and tested it on the orbital defense platforms above New Carthage.[1]
