The UNSC Chares was a United Nations Space Command cruiser during the Human-Covenant War.[1] Colonel Felicia Sanderson and Eric Santiago both served aboard the ship.

In 2547, the cruiser was involved in the Battle of Skopje. During the battle Colonel Sanderson ran into her old friend Gage Yevgenny and had him transferred to the Chares. Sanderson, Santiago and Yevgenny would continue to be stationed aboard the Chares until their deaths in 2552.

Trivia

The ship is likely named after one of three men named Chares from ancient Greek history, most likely Chares of Athens, a General from the 4th century BCE.
