UNSC Personnel Command, or PERSCOM for short, is a branch of the UNSC High Command that deals with the transfers, promotion, and retirements of all UNSC personnel in the various branches of the UNSC Defense Force, including the UNSC Navy and UNSC Marine Corps. PERSCOM keeps a record of Career Service Vitaes of every member of the military, and stores them as a military record. These files may be viewed by senior military officers.[1]
