The Killtacular Medal (also called Kill Frenzy in Halo 2) is awarded for killing five opponents within four seconds of each other in standard multiplayer games and within less time in campaign and Firefight. In Halo 4 multiplayer and Spartan Ops the kills need only be within 4.5 seconds of each other.
Originally, the medal was represented by a silver circle with five purple stars. In Halo 4 it is represented by five white stars on a green circle rimmed with light green and brown. When a player gets this medal the announcer will shout "Killtacular!" to the player that received this medal.
Trivia
- The medal has a Bungie difficulty rating of 8 (out of 10).
- Earning this medal in a Halo 3 matchmaking game on a Mythic map will unlock the Killtacular achievement. An easy way to do this is to play Grifball on Sandbox.
