Buwan is the primary natural satellite orbiting the planet Balaho, the Unggoy homeworld, the secondary satellite being Padpad.[1][2] It is the site of a Covenant hydro-processing center used to refuel and power starships. The facility was abandoned following the splintering of the Covenant, though it continues to operate via automated subsystems.[1]
