Template:Covenant Character Infobox This unidentified pirate prince was a heretical Kig-yar whose rule was ended by Ripa 'Moramee, a Sangheili warlord. Years later, 'Moramee's success in overthrowing the pirate prince would influence the Hierarchs' decision to grant him the rank of Arbiter.[1]
