Taken out of context, one might assume it's referring to a different war. However, if this was talking about a conflict prior to the human-San'Shyuum alliance, then 10,000 years wouldn't be "just after" its conclusion. Besides, it's clear that this was an event that had a massive impact on Forerunner politics. Had it been a war merely between humans and San 'Shyuum, it would have no significance whatsoever to the Forerunners. | |||
